Make this recipe your own by adding any Easter candy you like the sky’s the limit I have made many and no 2 the same.
Cooking spray, for pan
Parchment paper, for pan and baking sheet
1 box brownie mix, plus ingredients called for on the box
1 cup shredded Carrots or Zucchini
If using Zucchini spread out on a paper towel and put a paper on top and towel and press out excess moisture
1 1/2 c. white chocolate chips 1 tbsp. coconut oil
10 drops Orange food coloring
12 large strawberries
1 box chocolate Gramcrackers

Preheat oven to 350° and spray the inside of a 9”-x-13” baking pan with cooking spray. Line pan with parchment paper and spray parchment paper with cooking spray.Prepare brownie batter according to package instructions. add chocolate chips.Pour batter into prepared pan and bake until a toothpick has moist crumbs, 28 to 30 minutes, then let cool.Make orange frosting: In a small, deep bowl, microwave white chocolate chips on high for one minute, stirring every 20 seconds to remove clumps. Add coconut oil and orange food coloring, then mix until combined.Make carrots: Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Pierce each strawberry with a skewer and dunk the strawberries in melted orange chocolate, repeating to coat, if necessary. Place on lined baking sheet and refrigerate until set, 15 minutes.
- 6 Tablespoons unsalted butter softened
- 2 1/3 cups Powered sugar
- 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/3 cup whole milk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
In a mixing bowl beet Butter until smooth add Coco powder and powdered sugar to mixing bowl beat on medium speed until mixes then slowly add milk. Until frosting looks creamy Add vanilla and salt mix about 2 minutes.
