I found this recipe for yogurt bark last summer from a magazine while waiting for a Dr. appointment.
I have made it several times since. I like to serve this alongside a slice of cake or pie looks really pretty
Test wonderful complementing the star dessert. You can mix it up. Like to replace the honey or maple syrup with Agavenacter and add flavouring like mint or rum, almond,carmal as well as adding cocoa to blend in the cocoa I use my ninja mixer you could use a blender I add 2 Tablespoons of heavy whipping cream. and a pinch of salt. You can mix and match your favourites. pecans and cashews as work well.

3 cups whole-milk plain Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons pure maple syrup or honey or Agavenacter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 Tablespoons all fruit spreads your choice,(not sugarfree it doesn’t work well)
¼ cup chopped pistachios lightly or no salted your presence
Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine yogurt, maple syrup (or honey) and vanilla in a medium bowl. Spread on the prepared baking sheet into a 10-by-15-inch rectangle. Dot the jam all over the surface and swirl with a knife. Sprinkle with pistachios.
- Freeze until very firm, at least 3 hours. To serve, cut or break into 32 pieces.
- To make ahead: Freeze airtight between sheets of parchment paper for up to 1 month; let stand at room temperature for 15 minutes before serving.
