Crowd Pleaser! everyone just loves this that you might wont to make 2. So good and so easy to make as well as being easy on the pocketbook.I like to make it in my iron skillet so it stays warm longer. you can use any pan that you like
1 3 1/2 – ounce package sliced pepperoni, chopped
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (4 ounces)
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (1 ounce)
1 11 – ounce package (12) refrigerated breadsticks
1 cup pizza sauce, warmed
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Generously grease a 9x5x3-inch loaf pan; set aside. In a medium bowl combine pepperoni, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese; set aside.
- Cut dough into 1-inch pieces with kitchen scissors or sharp knife. Arrange 1/3 of the dough pieces in prepared pan. Top with 1/3 of the cheese mixture. Repeat layers 2 more times.
- Bake, uncovered, for 25 minutes or until golden brown. Cool in pan for 5 minutes. Remove from pan. Serve warm with pizza sauce.
