Root Beer Float Jell shots

A little Adult fun root beer floats are everybody’s favorite This is the perfect bring a dish B.B.Q.
They make the perfect dessert or party favor.
1 cup root beer
3/4 cup vanilla or whipped cream flavored vodka
1/4 cup water
1.5 or 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin (depending on how firm you prefer your shots)
Whipped cream, for garnish
Straws, for serving
Pour root beer into a small saucepan, sprinkle with gelatin and allow to soak for a minute or two.
Heat over low and stir until gelatin dissolves. Pour in vodka and water and fill up small, plastic shot glasses about 3/4 of the way full. Refrigerate for 3-4 hours or overnight.
When ready to serve, cut straws to appropriate size and insert into the side of the shot glasses. Top with whipped cream and use straws to dislodge shots from the glasses. Enjoy!
