Warm Cranberry Spiced Punch

When it comes to Halliday party a good punch is a must, This recipe is a hit even the kids like it. The best Part is that is is so easy if your slow cooker is a smaller one, You can leave a pot on the stove on low and refill the punch bowl or slow cooker as needed. I always make a double batch if there 12 to 16 guest, The Best part if there any leftovers it tastes better the next day cold or warm so the cleanup after the party is much more enjoyable.

2 48 ounces bottled Cranberry juice

1 64 oz pineapple juice

1 cup water

1/2 cup packed brown sugar

4 whole cinnamon sticks

1 Tablespoon whole cloves

1 teaspoon whole peppercorns

1 teaspoon whole allspice berries

zest of 1 orange

1 whole Bay leaf

In a large pot add all the ingredients, Bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer on very low heat 30 minutes

At this, you can ladle into a slow cooker on low and serve from the slow cooker or ladder in a punch bowl serve in a mug or heatproof punch cup.

Garnish with a whole cinnamon stick  and thinly sliced orange  and Apple slice and whole cranberries

For an Adult version, Apple Brandy is my favorite, But you can add spice Rum.
