Labor Day weekend Braised Pork Shanks

 

In 6q contaner add frist 5 ingedents steir until brown suger desalve add Pork Shanks submerg them beine

Remove the shanks from the brine and rinse well.

Put Shanks in to slower cooker on low add

 tomato sauce and beer preferably the brand that you are drinking about 4 to 6 houres

Preheat the oven to 250°. arrange the Shanks in a casserole dish with a lid pore beer and tomato sauce over  cover and brase Shanks about 2 hours bast Shanks with sauce cover and cook 1 hour when fork tender remove from oven let Shanks rest in cover dish 7 minuts

Transfer the shanks to a rack set over a baking sheet. pat dry and fry in 350* oil until skin is crispy

Transfer the shanks to paper towels to drain before serving.

Serve with basting liquid and spicy mustard
