Mothers Day Garden Desert

This simple Dessert will be the star of you Mothers day Buffet.
Everyone will love the way they look and love the way they taste.
Who does not like chocolate?
1 box (18.4 oz) Betty Crocker™ Brownie Mix Milk Chocolate, baked according to package instructions and cooled
2 larg box’s of chocolate pudding/Pie filling as derection on box  pour in large bowl cover let cool
1 1/2 cups chocolate candy rocks
2/3 cups cacao nibs
1/2 cup candy rocks
1/4 cup chocolate mushroom candies, optional (see “tips” section for where to buy)
8 pieces green Laffy Taffy™
1 package (2 oz) green apple sour licorice straws candy
 Crumble brownies to make “dirt” and fill the bottom 1/3 of four stemless wine glasses with brownie crumbles. Top with a layer of pudding.
Add a layer of chocolate candy rocks, followed by layer of cacao nibs.you can find coco nibs online.or you can omit them and dae chocolate cookies crushed.
Arrange candy rocks and chocolate mushrooms on top.
To make “succulents”: Place 2 pieces of green Laffy Taffy™ between two pieces of parchment paper and microwave for 5-6 seconds. Roll flat with a rolling pin and allow to cool. Snip the taffy through the parchment into a zigzag. Roll the zigzag up to make individual “plants” and mold the pieces into succulent “leaves.”
Place taffy succulents in the center of each terrarium. Snip sour straws into 3/4-inch pieces, press into a cluster and arrange on top along with the succulents. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
