1 lemon wedge
1/4 c. raspberry sorbet
4 oz. chambord
1 bottle sparkling rose
1/4 c. raspberries
Spoon a bit of raspberry sorbet into a glass. A table spoon or two, however much you like. Then pour sparkling wine over to the top and drop in raspberry or two for garnish.
