Not good picnic scene it has to stay cool


3 pounds bacon,

6 cups sour cream


  1.  preheat oven to 350  Place bacon on foil-lined sheet pans single layer bake until bacon is crisp. cool to room temperature; ruff chop cooled bacon.
  2. Stir 6 cups sour cream, Cheddar cheese, 1 cup chopped green onion, cayenne pepper, and black pepper together in a large bowl until well-mixed. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate until chilled, at least 1 hour.
  3. serve with baked potato chips, pretzels  crackers  or veggies
