I love to make walking salad’s you can arrange them in fancy bouquet

Or keep it simple veg’s and dip.

 

 

1 cup (8 ounces) greekyougert

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1 tablespoon finely chopped onion

1 clove garlic graeted or choped verry fine

2 teaspoons dried parsley flakes

1 teaspoon fresh dill weed

1 teaspoon no salt seasoning

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

1 teaspoon lemon zest

Assorted fresh vegetables

Nutritional Facts

  1. Combine the first six ingredients; mix well. Cover and refrigerate. Serve with vegetables. Yield: 1-1/2 cups.
